Dougal has sired some absolutely beautiful kittens so far and I have been unable to resist keeping two of his daughters!

Dougal is the sweetest natured boy who adores nothing more than to be held and cuddled and he loves to chat! A little unfortunate that he has the most girly little voice, so strange coming out of such a big boy.
Because he loves human company so much, I am looking forward to being able to neuter him hopefully towards the end of 2022 so he can become someone's loved companion.
Dougal is Neg for the MyBPC3 Gene and a clear Heart Ultrasound by a Board Certified Cardiologist on 15th of January 2020 and 26 July 2021.
Dougal has had his hips scored with the UMCFA Maine Coon Hip Scoring Scheme and has a total hip score of 6.

Affectionately known as Rupert, this wonderful boy is a dream come true. In fact he has exceeded my dreams beyond my wildest expectations! Not many cats can win the accolades of Group One Kitten of the Year and Group One Cat of the Year in the one calendar year. Well in his first show year, 2010 my Rupert Bear did!
This amazing boy has backed up his Kitten and Cat of the Year 2010 titles with Cat of the Year in 2011 AND 2012!
Combine his lovely type with a sweet sooky personality, as well as some litters of very nice babies and you darn near have the perfect cat!
A huge thank you to Vicki of Coonhaven Maine Coons for entrusting me with a precious Merlin son. I am so very grateful.

Update: My handsome Rupey Bear was neutered on the 5th of March 2014. He will remain on this page because he more than earned his place to be featured. Most of my cats are direct descendants of this boy. My hope is that Rupert will settle back in to our home and spend his days as my much loved pet.

Our beautiful Rupert left us on Thursday, 28 January 2021.
He will remain a legend to his many fans around the world and our beloved, sweet boy in our hearts forever.

An enormous thank you to Laura and Steve Whitmarsh of Coonflakes Maine Coons (U.K.) for making my dream a reality. I have been somewhat obsessed with the Coonflakes Gang for a number of years. I just love their look. When Laura suddenly had solid coloured kittens appearing in her litters I knew I had to ask or die wondering...
Boomer is all that I hoped for, lovely type and with that trademark Coonflakes muzzle. Of course Boomer is solid and being a Smoke he is Silver as well. He carries dilute and to top it all off he is masking Mackerel Tabby. He really couldn’t be much more perfect! Did I mention he is a sooky, cuddly boy too? Yes I am rather pleased!

I am very privileged to have Tino staying with us for a year in order to sire a litter with Cienna who is closely related to both Rupert and Boomer. The resulting babies are quite fabulous and two young boys will be staying with us under assessment for breeding. You can meet them on our Youngsters page.
Tino is a large,striking looking young boy of lovely type and even lovelier temperament. He is easy going and settled in here and adopted me immediately as the person to shower with his affections. I have grown very fond of this giant, goofy and loving cat and will miss his handsome face when he goes back home.
I have shown Tino several times while he has been with us with his highlight being placed 6th in the Top 10 at the 2013 CCCA National Show out of 83 Longhair Entire Cats.
Many, many thanks to his breeder Fiona Cooper of Coolcoons Cattery for being so ready to help me with a boy for Cienna who was getting rather frantic about being "left on the shelf"! To be sent a boy the quality of Valentino to put with my most promising young girl was a dream come true.
